Hello. My name is Mike Cloutier, an Ottawa resident of more than 40 years and a home based appliance dealer since 1985.
It was purely by chance in 1985, while working in the plumbing industry, that I had an abrupt career change. An abandoned broken Kenmore washer that I repaired and listed for sale, brought an incredible response. One by one, I found other washers and dryers and within 2 months I was in the reconditioned appliance business full time.
For the last 22 years I have purchase only the best brands from my many contacts. Every appliance is disassembled, serviced, tested and cleaned.
All appliances are sold with a one-year warranty and delivery is free of charge. Being a home based business allows me keep my overhead to a minimum and therefore allowing for an overall better product at very good prices. All appliances are exceptionally clean and perfect in appearance.
I provide a very personalized service. From the very first phone inquiry until delivery and installation, or in the case of a service call down the road, you will always deal with me.
